Engagement & Client Responsibilities

Clients are required to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information
  • Share all relevant financial and business records
  • Respond promptly to requests for clarification or documentation
  • Comply with UAE laws, including tax and regulatory requirements

Elevate Accounting & Auditing relies on the information provided by the client and is not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from incomplete or incorrect data.

 

Professional Standards

All services are performed in accordance with applicable professional standards and UAE regulations, including:

  • International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
  • UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) guidelines
  • Relevant audit and assurance standards

While every effort is made to maintain accuracy and compliance, services are based on the scope agreed with the client.

 

Fees & Payments

  • Fees are based on the scope of work and agreed in advance
  • Payment terms will be defined in the engagement letter or proposal
  • Delays in payment may result in suspension of services
  • Government fees, penalties, and third-party charges are payable separately unless specified

 

Confidentiality

Elevate Accounting & Auditing maintains strict confidentiality of all client information.

  • Client data will not be disclosed to third parties without consent
  • Exceptions apply where disclosure is required by law or regulatory authorities
  • Appropriate measures are taken to protect financial and business data

Limitation of Liability

  • Services are advisory and based on information provided by the client
  • Elevate Accounting & Auditing shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
  • Liability, if any, is limited to the fees paid for the specific service

 

Compliance & Regulatory Responsibility

Clients remain fully responsible for:

  • Filing deadlines (VAT, corporate tax, etc.)
  • Regulatory submissions
  • Maintaining proper financial records

While Elevate provides support and guidance, final responsibility lies with the business owner or authorized representative.

 

Third-Party Services

Certain services may involve coordination with government authorities, free zones, or third-party entities.

Elevate Accounting & Auditing is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by external authorities
  • Changes in regulations or government policies
  • Outcomes of approvals, registrations, or applications

 

Intellectual Property

All documents, reports, templates, and materials prepared by Elevate Accounting & Auditing remain its intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.

Clients may use such materials only for their internal business purposes.

 

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the engagement by providing written notice.

Upon termination:

  • All outstanding fees become payable
  • Work completed up to the termination date will be billed
  • Access to ongoing services may be discontinued

 

Amendments

Elevate Accounting & Auditing reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updated terms will be published on the website and will take effect immediately upon posting.

 

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of UAE courts.
