Do I need to be present for notarisation?
In most cases the principal must attend the Notary Public in person with a valid Emirates ID or passport. We coordinate the appointment and guide you on exactly what to bring.
Can the POA be used outside the UAE?
Yes. POAs intended for use abroad may require additional attestation or legalisation (for example by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the relevant embassy). We can arrange this on request.
Is the POA bilingual?
POAs in the UAE are typically prepared in Arabic, often alongside an English version. We arrange certified translation where required.
How long is a POA valid?
