02 Services, Fees & Client Responsibilities

Elevate Accounting & Auditing provides professional accounting, auditing and business support services across the UAE. These may include accounting and bookkeeping, internal and external audit, VAT registration, filing and advisory, UAE Corporate Tax services, business setup and company formation, liquidation and compliance services, and PRO and regulatory support.

Services are provided according to the scope agreed with the client and applicable UAE laws, regulations and professional standards, including relevant IFRS, Federal Tax Authority guidelines and audit and assurance standards.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete and timely information, financial records and supporting documents. Clients must also respond to requests for clarification and comply with applicable UAE tax and regulatory requirements.

Elevate Accounting & Auditing relies on the information provided by clients and is not responsible for inaccuracies, delays or consequences arising from incomplete, inaccurate or late information.

Fees are based on the agreed scope of work and are set out in the relevant engagement letter, proposal or other written agreement. Government fees, penalties and third-party charges are payable separately unless otherwise agreed.

Delays in payment may result in the suspension of services.

Clients remain responsible for their business and regulatory obligations, including applicable filing deadlines, regulatory submissions and maintaining proper financial records.

03 Liability, Indemnity & Third Parties

Information and services provided through this website are subject to the agreed scope of engagement. Website information may not always reflect subsequent changes to laws, regulations, fees or government requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Elevate Accounting & Auditing shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of its website, services or information.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
