ADGM Foundation
An Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) Foundation is the ideal solution for individuals and businesses looking to protect assets, plan succession, and ensure long-term wealth preservation. With a strong legal framework based on international best practices, ADGM Foundations provide flexibility, security, and confidentiality.
What is an ADGM Foundation?
An ADGM Foundation is a legal entity that can hold assets, manage succession, and preserve wealth. It operates similarly to a trust but has a separate legal personality like a company.
Why Choose an ADGM Foundation?

A separate legal entity that owns and manages assets independently.
Succession Planning
Ensures smooth transfer of wealth across generations.
Asset Protection
Shields assets from risks and liabilities.
Confidentiality
Beneficial ownership details are not publicly disclosed.
